This week's bookshelves are from Doc J.
Hmmm... I can see several classic titles. Except for Ken Follett's The Pillars of the Earth, I don't see a lot of popular fiction in these shelves. (Gasp! Is that the collected short stories of Bradbury?)
I can't help but admire how the books in the second picture are arranged in a straight line. (Can you spell O-C?)

I wish there were higher res pic because I can't see the titles with my poor eyesight. :( But I don't think I'd see anything familiar here anyway.
Very neatly arranged. I like it. ^_^
Oh yes, I forgot to send my shelf. ^^;
Hi Patrick! Oh, bibliophiles are prone to have poor eyesight. Hehe. Although, for reasons I can't explain, I'm still 20/20.
Arranged neatly by publishing house, I see :)
Hi Stepford Mum! Oh yes, I noticed that too.
Wow! Can't believe how some people are so anal about their books. me, I kinda sorta group my books (in the garage, not my writing loft). If I need a book, I pretty much know which shelf it'll be on.
Actually, I forward a lot of my books on to other people, pretty much expecting I won't see them again. Or I donate them to the library. I have a couple hundred in the garage and a few thousand floating around the universe somewhere.
Stephen Tremp
Hi Stephen! A lot of people are like that with their books. In a way, these books are our "children."
We have the same edition of the suitable boy! :D I love that book...
Hi Aicha! How is "A Suitable Boy"? Frankly, its length looks very daunting.
